Interviews, reminders and prep
What's coming up for each process: the interviews, what you have to do, and what to get ready.
Interview steps
A step is one interview, or anything scheduled with the company: a recruiter screen, a take-home, an onsite. It has its title, when and how long, where (a joining link or an address), who it's with, and what to prepare. Its status follows it through: scheduled, done and waiting, done, passed, failed or cancelled.
Steps are on the process's timeline, and on the Calendar.
Reminders
A reminder is something to do for a process, by a date: chase the recruiter, send availability, send references. It's done once you tick it.
The card shows its next one, overdue ones turn amber, and what's due today and tomorrow is under Coming up, in the sidebar on every page.
The calendar
The Calendar has the interviews and the dates applications close, by month, week, day or as an agenda, with your working hours shaded. A private link puts them, and your reminders, in your calendar app (Settings → Calendar): anyone with the link can see it, so it can be turned off, or replaced with a new one.
Prep
Prep is what to read, practise and rehearse: for a process, for one of its interview steps, or in general. A daily one (a coding exercise, say) keeps a streak. The Prep page puts the interviews coming up first, with how much of each one's prep is done.
Stories are for behavioural questions: things that happened at work, as situation, task, action and result, written once and told in any interview that asks.
Links
A process's links are the pages that go with it: its candidate portal, prep material, an interview's invite.
